This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to donations, memberships, training registrations, event registrations, and other payments made through our website using Razorpay or any other authorized payment gateway.

1. Donations

All donations made to Sarvonmukhi Wellness Foundation are voluntary and are generally non-refundable.

However, a refund request may be considered only in exceptional situations, such as:

Duplicate payment due to technical error.
Incorrect payment amount entered unintentionally.
Payment deducted multiple times for the same transaction.
Payment was successful but no donation record was generated.

Refund requests must normally be submitted within 7 days of the transaction and should include:

Email Address
Transaction ID
Payment Date
Amount Paid
Reason for Refund Request

The Foundation reserves the right to review each request individually and approve or reject it based on the circumstances.

2. Membership Registration

Membership registration fees are generally non-refundable after successful registration.

Refunds may be considered only where:

Payment is duplicated.
Registration cannot be processed due to a technical issue attributable to the Foundation.
An excess amount has been charged.
3. Training Registration

Training registration fees may be refunded only if:

The Foundation cancels the training program.
The applicant has paid more than once.
Payment is deducted but registration cannot be completed because of a verified technical issue.

No refund will normally be provided for:

Absence from training.
Failure to attend.
Withdrawal after confirmation, unless specifically permitted by the applicable program.
4. Event Registration

Registration fees for workshops, seminars, competitions, or events are generally non-refundable unless:

The event is cancelled by the Foundation.
Duplicate payment occurs.
A technical error results in an incorrect charge.
5. Payment Failure

If an amount is debited from your account but the transaction remains incomplete or unsuccessful, please contact us with the transaction details. We will verify the transaction and assist you. In some cases, your bank or payment service provider may automatically reverse the amount according to their policies.

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

It will normally be processed through the original payment method.
Processing time generally ranges from 7 to 10 business days, depending on the payment gateway and banking system.
Any bank or payment gateway delays are beyond the Foundation's direct control.
7. Cancellation

Memberships, donations, and registrations may only be cancelled in accordance with the specific terms applicable to the relevant program or service.
