Sarvonmukhi Wellness Foundation ("Foundation", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs payments made through our website, including donations, membership fees, training registrations, event registrations, and other online payments processed through Razorpay or any other authorized payment gateway.

1. Donations

Donations made to Sarvonmukhi Wellness Foundation are voluntary contributions made in support of our charitable and social welfare activities.

As a general policy, all donations are final and non-refundable.

Refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, including:

Duplicate payment made by mistake.
Multiple deductions for the same transaction.
Incorrect payment amount due to an input error.
Successful payment where no donation record was generated because of a verified technical issue.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

2. Membership Fees

Membership registration fees are generally non-refundable after successful registration.

Refunds may be considered only if:

Payment was deducted more than once.
Registration could not be completed due to a verified technical issue.
Excess payment was received by the Foundation.
3. Training Registration Fees

Fees paid for skill development, educational, vocational, or other training programs are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be approved only when:

The training program is cancelled by the Foundation.
Duplicate payment has been made.
Registration fails because of a verified technical error.

No refund will normally be granted if a participant:

Chooses not to attend.
Withdraws voluntarily after confirmation.
Fails to complete the course.
Violates the rules of the training program.
4. Event Registration

Fees paid for seminars, workshops, competitions, conferences, awareness programs, or other events are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only if:

The event is cancelled by the Foundation.
Duplicate payment occurs.
A verified payment error is identified.
5. CSR Contributions

CSR contributions made under a mutually executed agreement shall be governed by the terms of the respective CSR Agreement or Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

6. Payment Failure

If your bank account is debited but the payment is not successfully completed, please contact us with your transaction details.

In many cases, unsuccessful transactions are automatically reversed by the bank or payment gateway according to their policies.

All refund requests will be reviewed by the Foundation.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

8. Cancellation

Memberships, donations, registrations, and other payments may only be cancelled in accordance with this policy or any specific program guidelines published by the Foundation.
